When you sign in with Bluesky, we collect your handle, display name, public profile info (avatar, bio), and your following list. This helps power Flock's feed creation features.

Usage Data:

We keep basic records of feed creation and management requests and activity, along with error logs and device/browser info, but only as needed to provide a safe and secure experience. We don't use any third-party analytics or tracking.

Patreon Supporters:

If you support Flock through Patreon, all transactions happen on Patreon's site. We only receive info about your support status and tier, never your payment details.

How We Use and Protect Your Data

Feed Curation:

Flock builds your feeds strictly based on who you follow or include in lists and the settings you choose; nothing more, nothing less. No hidden tracking, profiling, or surprises.

Security:

Application tokens and any sensitive info are stored securely, using industry best practices. Our database is regularly backed up and protected with strong access controls.

Account Deletion:

If you request deletion, we'll act in good faith to remove your account data from our systems, backups, and logs (unless required by law to retain something).

Data Retention

Flock is designed so you don't need to log in regularly. If your feeds are working, you're all set! We keep your data safe and available until you choose to delete your account.

Information Sharing

We don't sell your personal info. We only share data with trusted service providers as needed to operate Flock, or if required by law.

International Users

If you're accessing Flock from outside the US, your information may be processed or stored in the United States. By using Flock, you consent to this transfer.
